OK, So What Do You Want to Learn?

Ok so we want to start offering our provident/farm living/ back-to-basics/emergency preparedness classes this year, and are looking to get one scheduled for January, probably the 26th - maybe right after the Farmer's Market? So we need input - what would you like to learn this month? How to make soap? Lotion? How to plan for a spring garden (it's not any too early!)? How to grow/prune fruit trees? How to put together an emergency evacuation kit? Or something else? 3-2-1- GO!
