Ok, everyone, we have a steer here that came down from the ranch with our last sold steer. He was too small to process at that point, but he's getting close to ready. We will pen him up and alfalfa him for a month or so, then he should be ready to go to processing - so by the time the meat is ready to go home will be beginning of March. So...if you have been thinking of getting some of that awesome grass fed beef to fill your freezer, now's your chance! Again, we sell by the half or quarter; $1500 for a half, $750 for quarter. Half should be roughly 250+/- pounds of meat. If you'd like to purchase some beef, just holler - we ask a $100 deposit to hold your portion. Thank you!!
